I too have heard that brining a turkey or...Hi Susan<br />I too have heard that brining a turkey or chicken makes them so delicious. My pastors wife gave a recipe on her blog that I want to try. <br />I also enjoy Pioneer Woman's blog, and am still waiting to get her cookbook.
